Hi! I am Mindy, also known as Minky on YouTube and *iAMminky3 blog. I am just an ordinary girl who is pursuing a career in music performance. As much as I have a passion for music, I also love anything girly, whether it be beauty, fashion, etc.

In January 2010, I uploaded my first YouTube video and created this blog not knowing what to expect.

Over the course of working with this blog, I have developed a love for photography and realized how a picture can really speak a thousand words. I've also ventured into blogging about not only beauty-related topics, but into food, travels, randomness in my life, and more. This blog is a step into my world... Minky's World! :)

F.A.Q.

1) What camera do you use?
For photography, I currently am using a DSLR Canon Rebel EOS T3i/600D and a Sony Cybershot DSC-WX5 digital camera (which surprisingly has amazing quality!). Sometimes, I use photos from my phone, which is a HTC Sensation 4G. Prior to my DSLR, I used a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ100.
For filming video, I am currently using my DSLR Canon Rebel EOS T3i/600D. Prior to this, I regularly used the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ100.

2) What is your nationality?
I am Korean-American.

3) What made you start YouTube and your blog?
Being a performer and musician, I was constantly searching YouTube for tutorials on how to apply makeup and for beauty tips. One day, I decided to become adventurous and filmed and edited my first YouTube video. I've always been interested in video-making and realized how much I enjoyed making tutorials and review videos. The rest is history. :)
